For 3 generations, her Portuguese family has lived around the world, from East to West. That's why she was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she was influenced by multiculturalism, colors, good music and the joy of living intensely. Design has been in the family and at home since birth and, as such, she naturally learned to search for the balance of colors, textures and volumes, developed a taste for drawing and grew up wanting to design houses. In Portugal, she attended the Soares dos Reis Artistic School in Porto, then took her degree at ESAD in Matosinhos in the area of ​​Interior Design and Furniture. She graduated in 2002, while already working at an engineering and architecture studio in the same city. She founded her own company with her husband in 2006. She never stopped studying and the various topics that are the subject of different courses that she took, contribute daily to her performance as a businesswoman and creative director of her atelier ShiStudio. Accounting and management, NLP, Coaching, Psychology… and many are the readings in which she invests her time beyond work and family: Art, History, Philosophy… The central theme of her interests has always been the same: the Human Being and the individual and social behavior. This gives her the best tool for her work: the ability to interpret the individual and the family that will inhabit the space she designs. She currently directs a multidisciplinary team of 15 people, and her projects are spread all over the country and several places in the world.

At the beginning product design was more like a hobby, but after some worldwide publications and awards he started to believes more in his ideas. Several years ago he started a project called MAGMA which have the purpose to collect all of his creations under one roof. The name was choosen on purpose. It tries to describe the designer's feeling about the original idea that stays at the begining of every project, to wit: it have to be always in 'liquid' form, to be transformed constantly in order to see every form it could take, to be kept alive till the idea became a solid product.

Asım Yüksel was born in Giresun in the year 1991. Having joyful, excited, creative, positive-oriented, well-disciplined, analytical, practical, and solution-oriented characteristics, Asım set his mind to achieving rip-roaring work from the time he is in his right mind. Believing that the key to success is to work in a job you love and rendering self-development a passion in his life, Asım Yüksel started his journey searching for creativity with the formula for motivation and joy by pursuing his passion for designing. Asım's career choice was influenced by the jewelry stores where he spent his childhood. When his curiosity and love for design were added to his handcrafting skills, he decided to study jewelry design at university. After graduating, he moved to Istanbul to deepen his passion for art and jewelry and to develop himself further and worked as a designer in the Grand Bazaar for many years. In those years, he also worked with precious stones and made haute couture products. He also developed himself in diamonds. With his fondness for design and creation, Asım Yüksel has always wanted to design things on a larger scale. While designing with microns in jewelry design, he could not resist the urge to do things on a larger scale. With a radical decision, he re-enrolled in university and studied interior architecture. He started working while he was still a student. Asım Yüksel, who sees interior architecture as a combination of all art branches, is the founder and Design Director of Jul Happy Project. Asım Yüksel likes to take part in challenging projects, use colors and textures in his projects, play with forms, and think and plan every detail of the project down to the finest detail with the contribution of his jewelry design.
